1. Platform Role

Last Minute Carnival Costumes is a peer-to-peer marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of carnival costumes and accessories. We do not own, sell or store costumes listed on the platform.

2. User Accounts

• All users must create an account to list or inquire about costumes.
• Accounts and listings are subject to approval.
• We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove users or listings at our discretion to maintain platform quality and trust.

3. Listings & Accuracy

Sellers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate descriptions and images
• Listing items they have the right to sell
• Clearly stating condition, size and price

Misleading or fraudulent listings will be removed.

4. Transactions & Payments

At this stage, payments are handled directly between buyers and sellers outside the platform. Last Minute Carnival Costumes is not responsible for payment disputes, delivery arrangements, or transaction outcomes.

5. Communication & Conduct

• Users must communicate respectfully.
• Harassment, spam, or abusive behaviour will result in account removal.

6. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for:

• Losses, damages, or disputes between users
• Costume quality, fit or authenticity
• Missed events or delivery delays

Use the platform at your own discretion.

7. Changes to the Platform

We may update these terms, features, or policies as the platform evolves. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates.
